Company Information and History

Caterplus Botswana bought Vegepak in 2001 and started trading as Caterplus Botswana in Dec 2001 both in Gaborone and Francistown. The Francistown branch was later closed down in an effort to better service customers from 1 location in Gaborone. The company has continued to grow its market share year on year.

Its greatest asset is its staff, the staff continue to show dedicated customer service and continue to strive to do better. In December 2010 it changed its name to Bidvest Foodservice (PTY) LTD.

We continue to comply with Botswana food safety laws and strive to report on sustainable information. We have a full fledged basket of expertise ready to advise us on technical issues, be it legal or simple compliance issues.
